“We enjoyed the cabin for our girls get away. The feeding of the fish was a hit and we got to see baby geese be born! The turtles are awesome too! Overall the place met our needs. Did not expect all the taxidermy animals. We really enjoyed the local area. They had lots of fun events we found. The walking trails were nice! Thank you for opening your place for us to spend our time together. ”

“We had such a nice stay at this property. The cabin was clean and decorated so cute. We stayed over Christmas and the host even had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree to set our mood for the week. It was such a nice surprise to walk into. So many special touches. The bathrooms were stocked with hygiene items such as toothbrushes, hand cream disposable razors and even a fully stocked first aid kit which we actually needed. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. There is no cell service and WiFi is very spotty but it was fine. Nice way to get away. Very reasonable price. Very responsive property manager ”

“Overall our experience at Inssbrook and Treehouse retreat was a wonderful experience. The check process that Thursday afternoon was not coordinated well, yet we were able to get security to support us with getting to our gate admission process. The accommodations were very nice and the setting was perfect. The weather and bitter cold limited some outdoor hiking activities, yet we managed to enjoy ourselves. Thx”

“Stay was amazing for our family. Did have to shelter in the owners house during a bad storm. Owners and family were supper friendly to our family and friends that stopped by and walked the property. “First let me say the property manager was amazing! When we first arrived we ran into some issues with a large amount of dead Asian Beetles in the house after a brief warm front blew through. This is an old building so totally normal (it happens). We made the property manager aware and they were immediately responsive with the offer to use a different property but we decided to allow them to clean it as we didn’t figure any more bugs would show due to the current cold temps now. “The property was modern, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We really enjoyed the back patio and surprisingly there were little to no bugs outside. We consisted of two couples and two sisters. We were not able to watch TV bc we had to link it to a Roku or YouTube TV account. It worked out fine because we were there to spend time with our family who was in a nearby house. I would recommend this rental and especially to a family.”

“Fantastic home! On the water, plenty of space, comfortable beds, use of the 3 car garage, basement is a perfect spot for the kids to hangout are a few reasons we will be staying here again.The outdoor amenities were an added bonus! Paddle boards, kayak, fishing poles etc. We have stayed at Innsbrook a few times and this property had way more to offer then the others.Communications were great! Very responsive to any questions we had.”

“I wasn’t too keen on staying so far from downtown St. Louis at first, but it turned out to be the best decision ever! The view was stunning, the place was incredible, and the host was super cool. The boys outside of not being able to play their game had a blast. We went for a walk on the trails, tried our luck at fishing, and almost went kayaking, haha! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back when the weather warms up again!!!!”
