“Excellent location, although being in the center of the old town means it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. I would recommend earplugs. Having said that, the location is fantastic, the check in staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself had everythin we needed, including a good shower, air-con and a small kitchen with fridge and oven. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Larger apt but there was a cigarette left in the tub prior to our check in. The bathroom door to the shower room would not close as it was swollen with moisture. The bathroom lighting was not complete with exposed wiring. This apt needs some additional work. Parking was fantastic and the apt was in a nice quiet area.”

“Great Location! The apartment is close to public transportation, and the are is quiet. We loved the rooftop terrace! After traveling for a couple of weeks, we appreciated the laundry facilities. The only problem we had was that the WiFi wasn’t working well, but after we found that the plug had been pulled from the electrical socket partially, it became reliable. It’s a good place.”

"We stayed at hotel weisses kreus for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience. In addition to the rich breakfast, the owner was friendly and the staff was great. Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice."
