“Good medium pension. People are very friendly. You can use the kitchen to cook. They prepare coffee (buna) and thee ( shay) for everybody. If you need a service out of the pension, they can assist you. ”

“I am writing this review according to my wife experience. The Hotel it is not fare from the Airport and the center , Hotel is clean and they clean and change bed sheets regularly, the staff they are incredibly helpful and friendly, Manger Mathew he’s very professional and helpful and so is the staff especially Elize I talked to them daily during my wife 10 Days staying in the hotel. “The good thing I can say about the Hotel is that they provided water on a daily, free breakfast was offered and the ladies who cleaned did their job and the reception desk, the ladies were also polite. What I didn't like was the Hotel either would shut power off sometimes three times a day where you couldn't use WiFi, the elevator was shut down and you had to walk the stairs because of it. “Clean, exceptionally helpful staff, very good value for money, very easy to find for transportation - and I had seen earlier reviews about hot water and this has definitely been resolved. (Plenty of nice showers!) Any time I had a question or issue, it was solved immediately. Great coffee shop in the lobby, and most notably - I forgot a tablet in the lobby when I left and they kept and were responsive immediately. Plus, free airport shuttle. Absolutely will stay again. Note - I'm a business……

“One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Reception and management had no record of our reservation and said they do not normally work with hotels.com. I had requested hotels.com to contact them to arrange the free airport transfer but hotels.com was not able to contact them. Booking conformation contained only a phone contact which did not work and no email contact. We were nevertheless provided with a room but the first room I was provided did not have hot water - broken when I called……
