“Room was good. AC worked well, bathroom was clean. Not a fan of motel carpet in the room but it also looked clean. Staff was great.”

“This looks like your basic roadside motel, but it's quite lovely. The owners recently bought the place and the rooms have obviously been redone, and they're very cute and smart. Ours had a little kitchenette--I don't know if all rooms have one--but it was so nice to have! And the best thing about the Selkirk is that the owner bakes for the guests--fresh homemade pastries (along with fruit and yogurt) every morning, and homemade cookies every afternoon! It's a lovely touch and we really enjoyed……
