“Matera was our first stop on our Italy Trip. This property is spacious, well located in the center with spectacular views across the old town. Parking is near by, we paid 25 euros for each 24 hours, so 50 euros total, which was easy walk with case and no steps, which was ideal for us. Restaurant right next door done a fantastic breakfast and lunch salad which was reasonably priced. There are lots of places to eat around Matera so eating out was not a problem. “Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets.”

“Wunderschönes, kleines Höuschen, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und darüber hinaus Wasser, Kaffee, gekühltes Bier, Gewürze, Spül- und Waschmittel... Der Vermieter hat uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und dort sogar angerufen und uns angekündigt (wir bekamen sogar noch eine große Platte Pommes gratis). Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.”

“Kein Hafen, keinerlei Infos bezüglich der Gegebenheiten ! Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes……

“What a delightful gem! The views from the terrace were lovely. The interior of the home was stylish and cozy. It was clean, plenty of cookware and dishes. All appliances worked. Helpful hint: Follow the pin that is sent by the hosts. We didn’t do that at first and had to backtrack a bit. ”

“Wir hatten ein Tag vor Antritt den Aufenthalt gebucht und die Nachricht vom Inhaber erhalten, dass dies zu kurzfristig sei und er dies nicht akzeptieren kann. Daraufhin folgte von uns die Antwort, dass bitte nichts verbucht werden soll, da kein Aufenthalt somit zu Stande kommt. Auf der Kreditkarte ist der Aufenthalt verbucht worden, obwohl dieser nicht stattfand! Wir können Fewo absolut nicht empfehlen, da die Kommunikation zwischen Inhaber und Vermittler nicht besteht! Ausserdem werden Daten……
