“My family of 9 celebrated my daughter’s high school graduation with a weekend crab trip in Hackberry. We are so please with this property and the host. The home was set up so nicely to accommodate our group and had all the comforts of home. The house was beautifully decorated and every detail planned so well to make it easy to fish, boat, and cook the catch. The host was very thoughtful and responded quickly ti any questions I had. However, there was a dead cricket in the bathroom, the coffee pot had a "spent" coffee packet left in it, the A/C probably needed to have the filter cleaned or replaced since it has a slight odor to it, and the caulking around the tub area could use attention. It is the small details that make a decent room at good price go from just decent to outstanding. Breakfast should be served until at least 10 am to allow late risers to get up and get moving.……
