“此酒店兩年前入住過，得到良好印象，因此這次再與全家及介紹友人入住。但到達酒店後遇一黃髮三四十歲女工作人員，態度非常不友好，告訴我們酒店原本的代客泊車服務不存在了，讓我們自行將車泊去遙遠的公眾停車場。我們正因此酒店有此服務所以我們一行才於四個月前預訂了三間房并當時付費的。而且在我們到達酒店才得知，事前沒有任何通知。我們堅決反對並據理力爭，經過反覆交涉才爭取回我們應有的泊車權利。酒店的其他員工態度很好，唯那黃髮前台服務員態度怪異失常令人不解。使酒店原本良好印象打了折扣。 wong hurk marn”

“The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly ”

“Cleanliness and helpful staff were appreciated, and the breakfast at the nearby cafe was perfect. Although the neighborhood near the station had a somewhat sketchy feel, being so close to the station was ideal for my needs, and the price was good. Overall, I was fully satisfied.”

“安いので仕方ないが、写真のように明るい部屋ではなかった。途中1泊よそへ出かけたため、2回に分け2部屋利用したが、最初の部屋はWiFi通じたが、洗面所の排水悪く、エアコンで温風がでず夜中寒かった。2回目の部屋はWiFi全く使えず、旅行者には不便。排水とエアコンは大丈夫だったが、バスルームの窓にカーテンなどなく、トイレに座ると、角になっている隣の部屋のベッドに座ったり横になっている男性と目が合うし、シャワールームから出てくると丸見えになる。慌ててゴミ箱にかかっている黒いビニール袋を広げて目張りをした。 同じ2階でも、鍵で解錠する部屋とカードタッチで解錠する部屋がある。フロントは親切。鉄道やミニメトロを中心に行動するなら便利。”

“Clean, renovated, quiet, with easy parking! And only 7 minutes from Passignano s/t. Great beds, stunning view from the balcony, we were all impressed. Highly recommend! ”

“Per il week end di San Valentino siamo stati in questa splendida struttura (per la terza volta) circondata da un meraviglioso parco. La camera molto bella, arredata con gusto e con una splendida vista sul parco. Una chicca e' stata la presenza di un comodo e romantico letto a baldacchino. Bagno funzionale e molto luminoso . Nonostante il ristorante fosse chiuso per lavori , abbiamo potuto festeggiare San Valentino cenando nelle ex Scuderie , ambiente raffinato e ottimo menu..Il buffet colazione……

“We stayed en route to the Amalfi Coast and could not fault the value for money offered. It is very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was a perfect start for a day of travelling. Easy parking and great views was a added bonus ”
