“Our stay was great. The cabin is well appointed and was pretty clean. There was some random deep cleaning that could be done but I’m just being picky. The only real complaint I would have is the beds. Again, I’m probably just being picky, but after 4 nights my back is a little tense. I would still give this a near perfect rating and will stay here again in the future. Thanks to our gracious host. ”

“A wonderful little cabin in a beautiful setting. Every amenity provided. Clean. Comfortable. Swim spa is an added luxury. An enclosed front porch and covered back porch with lots of comfy seating. A super location. 10 mins from a brewery, distillery,and winery. Super host. We enjoyed it all.”

“We absolutely loved our time here! It was peaceful, quiet and exactly what we needed. Cute. Simple. And in God's creation. Our 5 & 7 yr old kids loved the bunk beds! As a family, we loved the views, enjoyed the games provided and took full advantage of the fire pit. We can't wait to come back as a family or even as a weekend getaway for my husband & I. “Tiny but cute and suited our needs. I thought itd be closer to Holiday World (we passed 3 other campgrounds that were closer) but it was quiet and clean. Only thing is i wished you could swim in the water or that there was a playground for the kids. The cabin itself was very nice and no complaints with it. ”

“We took a road trip to Santa Claus Indiana. We rented this cabin. We loved the cabin and the place. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was very friendly and helpful. ”

“We wanted a quiet, calm vacation and that’s what we got! The cabin was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. The host, Nancy was very nice and responsive. If you plan to stay awhile the nearest Walmart is about a half hour away in Jasper. Kelly’s for lunch or dinner in Celestine and Cranberries in Jasper were both very good.”

“The property was well maintained and clean. They provide 4 kayaks for their guest. We didn’t use them but that’s a great added bonus. Make sure you bring bug spray if you’re going to be outside much. The hot tub was really nice to enjoy after an afternoon of paintball for my achy back too. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and pillows. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next Patoka trip! ”

“Exactly as advertised! The Toasted Marshmallow served as home base for our family while making trips into Jasper and Carefree/Marengo/English for our Grandfathers 90th birthday celebration.When back in the area we will make this our home away from home again!”
