“The property was well maintained and clean. They provide 4 kayaks for their guest. We didn’t use them but that’s a great added bonus. Make sure you bring bug spray if you’re going to be outside much. The hot tub was really nice to enjoy after an afternoon of paintball for my achy back too. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and pillows. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next Patoka trip! ”

“I liked how we got main floor and by an exit to our car and front office. The one thing i didnt like was lack of breakfast options. And if there was options they tasted incredibly bland. One morning i had 2 mini donuts and a mini muffin for breakfast because that's all there really was, unless i wanted incredibly hard waffles. Otherwise everything else was fine.”

“Friendly greeting at the check-in. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Carpet and building are old. Breafast was lacking but had waffles, plain bagels, cereal, eggs. Dispite the breakfast and aged parts it was a good deal. Might stay again. ”

“Very cute, newly remodeled and comfy. Appreciated that there were enough towels and washclothes for 5 adults for 4 nights. Very safe neighborhood. The town was adorable.”
