“I booked this a couple weeks in advance. I received no communication and reached out by message on vrbo app, calling (mailbox was full so could not leave message), and texting. No response so I called vrbo for help. They reached out multiple times as well with no response. I got an email at 8 pm the night before we were to arrive saying our reservation was cancelled due to air conditioning being broken and not able to be fixed in time.
