“The cabin is cozy and perfect for a small family’s stay at the lake. It was easy to keep neat. The location is convenient to other destinations in the area. We are staying here again. ”

“Nice small family resort. Cottage had plenty of space. It was well supplied and everything worked. Local ice cream was a nice touch. Good location and nice views. Just don’t expect many amenities or a refined, modern experience. ”

“Lots of room. Easily hang out together or head somewhere for some space.Beds and bathrooms very clean. Basement had some small items left on the floor from previous guests (beer bottle tops, unsmoked cigarette). Some of the furniture showing wear and tear. Games available but many pieces missing so can't play several of them. Baby gate was missing a bottom part to secure it so that was a bit stressful with a little one running around.Drive into Duluth is reasonable with lots to do there.missing……

“We were happy to get the cabin at Camp Amnicon and had no problems during our stay. It is the off season and the weather was cool and we had a couple of rainy spells, but we hiked and watched birds each day in spite of the weather. Hiking to the Lake Superior beach was enjoyable. We had no problem carting our gear in to the "walk in" cabin. Numerous hikes, state parks, and birdwatching sites are a short drive away. Birdwatching from the cabin was productive and interesting. We hope to visit……
