“ Not clean at all. The bedding and towels had long hair on them, especially one of the pillows. All of the tables and countertops were sticky and visibly dirty. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste on it. I ended up washing the bedding and towels, & cleaning the countertops and tables. I got charged a cleaning fee but I'm the one doing laundry and cleaning on my vacation? I messaged the host about the cleanliness and never got a reply back. ”

“Terrible. Construction was going on starting early in the morning and going on all day. We left early because of how uncomfortable we were. Asked for a partial refund and were ignored. Was recouping from cancer treatment andthe constant loud noise made it very difficult. We were not told ahead of time the whole complex was under construction.The building was cold and not very clean. Would definitely not recommend staying at this complex.”

I had a hard time finding what I was looking for on the app...specifically the lock box number and code for it. We came to NC to spend some time in the sun. “I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area.
