“A spur of the moment trip I needed a nice place to stay. This is my answer. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I went to take a shower and found that the room I originally was in did not have any water pressure they did not hesitate to put me in another room and make sure I was well taken care of. Will definitely stay again only thing I wish they had was an elevator.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful and room was nice and comfortable. Only complaint was that could hear doors close in other rooms, so was woke up at 5am ”

“Decided to stop for the night on a road trip. Not much to do in Grayson, but the hotel was great. Super clean, friendly staff, and the beds were very comfortable.”

“The hotel in general was clean and the staff I spoke with were friendly. I would have liked the fitted sheets to be pulled and tucked in tightly, as they were loose, which gave the appearance someone had previously slept in the bed. Next visit I will request a room away from the ice dispenser, as I could hear visitors retrieving their ice which was a disturbance. I did not read the fine print and assumed there would be a continental breakfast, no free breakfast but there is a restaurant……

“Previously stayed and had a great experience. This stay, we had a rough check-in. Upon arrival, I was told we had already been checked in and out so she would need to rebook our room. I explained that the card for payment was 900 miles away because the room was already paid for. She finally fixed it and I was given my room keys. I go to my room and open the door to find it already occupied. The rest of the trip was great. All the staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly.……

“We had reservations for a room with 2 queen beds for two nights for 3 adults. They messed up and gave us a room with 1 king bed. So my adult son had to sleep on the couch. They did provide us with breakfast for 2 of the 3 of us to compensate, but was still disappointed in the mix up. We had made the reservations a few months prior to our stay. That’s why I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars.”

“the hotel was under construction was not told that for like two days after i booked my stay . ,no hot breakfast . had to go buy hot breakfast out cost me like $20 extra dollars a day . wish i knew that before i booked room . but was ok . they could have offered a Discount . pool was closed and exercise room was down too ..but it will be nice next time .”

“The manager on duty at The Hampton Inn was an exemplary employee. She went above and beyond to help us after a reservation with a mistaken wrong date was made using Hotels.com/Expedia. The Expedia manager offered to switch dates but in return tripled the cost of the room. The Hampton Inn employee offered to match the original price which the Expedia manager said was “impossible” as rooms were “high” and in demand. He was rude and threatened to hang up if I didn’t accept his offer. I declined his……
