“A spur of the moment trip I needed a nice place to stay. This is my answer. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I went to take a shower and found that the room I originally was in did not have any water pressure they did not hesitate to put me in another room and make sure I was well taken care of. Will definitely stay again only thing I wish they had was an elevator.”

“The proximity of hotel to train tracks (not just tracks but a crossing, requiring train horn signaling) is problematic. More insulation in rooms/windows could help. Or please warn potential customers to bring ear plugs. ”

“We were just there for one night, Basically need a spot to lay our head. This place was great for that. The room was clean and everything worked. The shower had incredibly awesome pressure and the hot water was HOOOOTTTT for the length of my long shower in the am. The place is dated and could use a remodel BUT i will take a sightly out dated room with clean comfortable beds and hot showers anytime over one with issues... Will stay there again!!”

“Previously stayed and had a great experience. This stay, we had a rough check-in. Upon arrival, I was told we had already been checked in and out so she would need to rebook our room. I explained that the card for payment was 900 miles away because the room was already paid for. She finally fixed it and I was given my room keys. I go to my room and open the door to find it already occupied. The rest of the trip was great. All the staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly.……

“My stay was pretty average. The experience wasn’t particularly bad, but it didn’t stand out either. The room itself was mostly fine, though there were a few minor maintenance issues—not enough to bother reporting, but noticeable. The staff varied in their attentiveness. During the evenings, they seemed a bit uninterested and not very welcoming. However, the breakfast staff the next morning was much more pleasant and helpful, which was a nice change.
