“The manager on duty at The Hampton Inn was an exemplary employee. She went above and beyond to help us after a reservation with a mistaken wrong date was made using Hotels.com/Expedia. The Expedia manager offered to switch dates but in return tripled the cost of the room. The Hampton Inn employee offered to match the original price which the Expedia manager said was “impossible” as rooms were “high” and in demand. “We use to come down regularly we like 2.5hours away! Hasn’t been since right before covid ruined America lol. It was great being back!! 24hour pool and hot tub will always be worth the drive for my family!! ”

“the hotel was under construction was not told that for like two days after i booked my stay . ,no hot breakfast . had to go buy hot breakfast out cost me like $20 extra dollars a day . wish i knew that before i booked room . but was ok . they could have offered a Discount . pool was closed and exercise room was down too ..but it will be nice next time .”

“My stay was pretty average. The experience wasn’t particularly bad, but it didn’t stand out either. The room itself was mostly fine, though there were a few minor maintenance issues—not enough to bother reporting, but noticeable. The staff varied in their attentiveness. During the evenings, they seemed a bit uninterested and not very welcoming. However, the breakfast staff the next morning was much more pleasant and helpful, which was a nice change. “We had reservations for a room with 2 queen beds for two nights for 3 adults. They messed up and gave us a room with 1 king bed. So my adult son had to sleep on the couch. They did provide us with breakfast for 2 of the 3 of us to compensate, but was still disappointed in the mix up. We had made the reservations a few months prior to our stay. That’s why I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars.”

“A spur of the moment trip I needed a nice place to stay. This is my answer. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I went to take a shower and found that the room I originally was in did not have any water pressure they did not hesitate to put me in another room and make sure I was well taken care of. Will definitely stay again only thing I wish they had was an elevator.”
