“At the time of our stay the pool and main commons area was being renovated, even though all that going on it never once interfered with our stay. Very clean , professional, safe, and kid friendly experience. Can’t wait to stay again when the new pool is ready.”

“Previously stayed and had a great experience. This stay, we had a rough check-in. Upon arrival, I was told we had already been checked in and out so she would need to rebook our room. I explained that the card for payment was 900 miles away because the room was already paid for. She finally fixed it and I was given my room keys. I go to my room and open the door to find it already occupied. The rest of the trip was great. All the staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly.……

“We had reservations for a room with 2 queen beds for two nights for 3 adults. They messed up and gave us a room with 1 king bed. So my adult son had to sleep on the couch. They did provide us with breakfast for 2 of the 3 of us to compensate, but was still disappointed in the mix up. We had made the reservations a few months prior to our stay. That’s why I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars.”

“Not very many restaurants / activities / stores in the area, but many within a 30 minute drive. Pool was clean, staff was nice! ”

“A spur of the moment trip I needed a nice place to stay. This is my answer. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I went to take a shower and found that the room I originally was in did not have any water pressure they did not hesitate to put me in another room and make sure I was well taken care of. Will definitely stay again only thing I wish they had was an elevator.”
