“Great place”

“Previously stayed and had a great experience. This stay, we had a rough check-in. Upon arrival, I was told we had already been checked in and out so she would need to rebook our room. I explained that the card for payment was 900 miles away because the room was already paid for. She finally fixed it and I was given my room keys. I go to my room and open the door to find it already occupied. The rest of the trip was great. All the staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly.……

“the hotel was under construction was not told that for like two days after i booked my stay . ,no hot breakfast . had to go buy hot breakfast out cost me like $20 extra dollars a day . wish i knew that before i booked room . but was ok . they could have offered a Discount . pool was closed and exercise room was down too ..but it will be nice next time .”

“Great location for lodging in the Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio Tri-State area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern.”

“We had reservations for a room with 2 queen beds for two nights for 3 adults. They messed up and gave us a room with 1 king bed. So my adult son had to sleep on the couch. They did provide us with breakfast for 2 of the 3 of us to compensate, but was still disappointed in the mix up. We had made the reservations a few months prior to our stay. That’s why I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars.”

“Staff friendly room clean ”

“The cookies and the bed are the best. The bad things were, not enough cups, shower sucked ( only one side opened, so had to go in to turn it on). And only had valet parking. ”

“The proximity of hotel to train tracks (not just tracks but a crossing, requiring train horn signaling) is problematic. More insulation in rooms/windows could help. Or please warn potential customers to bring ear plugs. ”

“We were just there for one night, Basically need a spot to lay our head. This place was great for that. The room was clean and everything worked. The shower had incredibly awesome pressure and the hot water was HOOOOTTTT for the length of my long shower in the am. The place is dated and could use a remodel BUT i will take a sightly out dated room with clean comfortable beds and hot showers anytime over one with issues... Will stay there again!!”
