“We had such a tranquil, relaxing break at Tenuta Miranda. The setting in the middle of the mountains was a perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and a great place to retreat after busy days touring around the Amalfi Coast. We were well looked after in a relaxed but professional manner by the staff at the hotel. “We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. ”

“Experienza negativa. Ho soggiornato 4 notti e ho scelto questo hotel per la piscina. Problemi riscontrati: - acqua fredda/tiepida in doccia. Poca acqua erogata in doccia. Hanno problemi con il sistema idraulico e non sono riusciti a risolverli - piscina inagibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno - al check out ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore della struttura ma non sono mai stato contattato. Davvero deluso perché avrei potuto soggiornare in altra struttura più conveniente ”
