“Hotel with a Interior Spa and outside pool. We had a very nice view on the Mountains from our room and it was soooo peaceful and nice! We had to pay to access the spa (whirlpool, sauna and steam room) but it was nice to spend 1 hour there alone. We took a 30 minutes massage and it was OK. Not the best but fine. This hotel is secluded at the bottom of the mountains in a small city but if you want calm and rest it is perfect. The only downside is the poor soundproofing between the rooms so we……

“Comfortable, large room and bath. Very good location. Lovely and attentive staff. Some drawbacks - shower was a bit difficult to use, electricity to TV did not work, breakfast was expensive. ”

“We were in the area to do some family history research. Ariano Irpino was an excellent base, and Hotel Biffy was a great place to lay down our heads at the end of the day. Great beds, pillows and duvets. Breakfast was pleasant. Thank you to multilingual barista Jasmine. A supermercato is just around the corner for picnic supplies. ”

“We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. ”
