“酒店位置就在大教堂廣場邊，餐飲購物和交通接駁都極為方便，房間裝修保持得相當新，執拾打掃得極乾淨。我們訂的是三人房，房內擺設了兩張雙人床，因為房間面積較小，有點擠逼，如果改為擺放一張雙人床和一張單人床會比較適合。整體而言，我們都覺得非常開心滿意。”

“酒店非常美觀，酒店樓下已經有很多車位可以讓住客免費泊車，而且進到酒店接待處，會發現好像基督城植物園般被很多樹包圍的感覺，非常漂亮。 Check-in的時候，酒店職員也送了兩塊曲奇招待我們。 酒店房間以及廁所的裝潢也非常具格調很漂亮，洗澡時熱水供應迅速，而且充足。 唯一希望改善的東西是，酒店的空調即使調到最大風最冷都是有點熱，不知道是否酒店中央系統已經預設了某個溫度，睡覺時有點熱不斷醒過來；枕頭有點不夠軟，睡得不太舒服。 整體來說是很有格調的酒店。”
