“Amazing retreat and fun stay!”

“The house was pretty much exactly as advertised. On a quiet culdacac in a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean amd neat, a fine place for our fanily to stay while visiting relatives in the area.”

The home/property was beautiful and the area felt safe and private if you’re looking for privacy! It couldn’t have been better & we will definitely be back. “The photos and amenities ARE TRULY AS DESCRIBED. Both the interior and exterior were very clean and well maintained. The host spared no expense at providing all the comforts of home from leather and solid wood furnishings, to the comfortable beds with quality linens, and a great furnished outdoor deck area with a grill. The kitchen was well stocked with higher end accessories as well as a variety of spices, tea, and Keurig pods. This place really felt like a home away from home. We are so……

“The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns.”

“This home is exactly as pictured. Very clean and everything was new. The home has everything you need, kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensils. The screened in porch provides a nice relaxing space for your morning coffee. There were so many extra touches to make you feel welcome. The organic homemade sourdough bread was amazing! Communication with the host was terrific, he reached out the day of check-in. There was a brief power outage as Duke energy was working just outside……

“House was cute. I am assuming they unfortunately received some damage from storm, but nothing that hindered our stay. Worked for us as we had an event at the motorsports park and were fortunately able to park trailers in the road infront of house. ”
