Doug was super prompt with any questions and his property is stunning and tranquil. We got plenty of family bonding time to soak in the moments as we went into our wedding weekend. “Host was there when you needed her. Property was a little hard to locate at first. But once she sent the text the fourth Property was easy to find. Shops are really close. 30 mins outside of Charlotte. ”

“The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns.”

“Nestled in the woods, Half a mile down a winding trail, situated on a lake, is home away from home. Plenty of room in and around the property for children and adults. Seasonal water activities was not functional but we had a ball anyway! Beautiful home and we will be back”

“House was cute. I am assuming they unfortunately received some damage from storm, but nothing that hindered our stay. Worked for us as we had an event at the motorsports park and were fortunately able to park trailers in the road infront of house. ”

“we were very happily surprised when we got to the property. It was exactly as listed with perfect accommodations for our two small poodles and grandkids. Host was responsive when we complained of smoke smell even though this is a non-smoking property. I would stay again when visiting family in the area and would recommend it to others.”
