“We were in town for a long wedding weekend. With a one year old we opted to do a home environment. It was “the one”. She loved the screened porch. The wildlife was fun to watch. Multiple squirrels, birds and we even saw a small deer. Walking distance to great little pubs and kid friendly food. Downtown Waxhaw is a delight. “This home is exactly as pictured. Very clean and everything was new. The home has everything you need, kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensils. The screened in porch provides a nice relaxing space for your morning coffee. There were so many extra touches to make you feel welcome. The organic homemade sourdough bread was amazing! Communication with the host was terrific, he reached out the day of check-in. There was a brief power outage as Duke energy was working just outside……

Everyday included a few games of pickleball, a dip in the pool, a sports game on in the media room, and a s’more before bed by the outdoor fire.
