“The property managers were one of the best. They are very humble and go out of the way to help you. The gentleman was always available to drop us anywhere we needed to go. On the last day he woke up especialy to drop us to the dock at 5 AM. We booked a 4 bed family room and there was ample space for all of us. It had 4 queen size beds.”

“This property is advertised as a hotel but it’s actually an apartment. It’s a great apartment, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a great room downstairs with direct access to the beach. However, I cannot get past the deceit. It’s advertised as a 10-bedroom hotel, with consierge service (there’s none), pool (there isn’t one), plasma TV (no TV), WiFi (didn’t work any of the six days we spent here), etc. They did have cleaning service daily, which was very nice and they did a great……

In addition, Lieke, the host, gave us a thorough orientation to the island complete with her recommendations for food, groceries, etc. She was attentive to all our needs, booking taxis, outings, providing snorkel gear, following up after our day, etc. By far the nicest place we stayed on our 14-day Galapagos adventure. A rare gem. ”
