“I've picked this hotel because it is literally 10min walk to Negombo and it has several pools with warm sea water & thermal water. We've booked a Seaview room which had a truly amazing view and at that moment it was all I needed to rest my mind. The room itself isn't very big, but enough to accommodate two people. The shower room is pretty big, tiles slightly cracked in some places, shower isn't the most modern one, but does its job well. We didn't have any troubles with pressure or lack of hot……

“Nice family-run hotel with a marvellous view. Very nice pool area where you could also have lunch. Bus stop right outside the hotel and supermarket, shops etc at walking distance. The only negative thing was that the beds were uncomfortable.”

“Hotel and room was fantastic, old Italian country style. The beach, layout, sun beds on the cliff, the epic scenery and even different style of tiles in every single room - what makes it so special. Minus was a lack of non fish/seafood option as my partner doesn’t eat it but other that that food was good for me. ”

“Great and comfortable stay!! Natalina and her family were super kind and helpful with tips to get around. Breakfast was delicious. It’s a bit of a hike to get to the bus but it helped burn off the great food near by.”

“This was a great hotel with an unbelievable staff. The location was right on the water and near the Castle therefore plenty of options for dinner and site seeing. The room was great and breakfast each day was enjoyable. The beach staff was wonderful and helpful in all areas.”
