“Wonderful, clean accommodations. Gorgeous setting on the edge of the sea! Responsive host. You definitely need a car. The driveway is not for the faint of heart however! Beautiful sunsets and cute cats. We went off season but were still able to enjoy the hot tub. ”

“This property was amazing! The owner was easy to communicate with if you have WhatsApp and was very helpful, even giving us a ride down to the shops. The pictures were accurate except the view was even better than the pictures! The neighborhood is quiet and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely love to come back again some time!”

“We loved staying here so much we went back at the end of our journey to do it again. The first time we were on bikes which was entirely accessible, the second time we were by car. You may want transportation to this house or it would not be convenient. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants but not close. Beautiful gardens and outdoor kitchen grill, lovely for outdoor dining.”

“Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at Villa Stefania. The privacy of the pool is perfecto! No air conditioning except one room and tucked away from touristy area so a bit of a trek to see things. Our host Giovanni was exceptional!”

“Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed.”

“The property is beautiful and clean. The management folks are very responsive and helpful. Amazing views. Maid comes daily to clean. 2 downsides to property: the property is located up long, steep driveway which makes walking up a challenge if you are not mobile. The taxis drivers will try to tell you they can't drive up but it is very drivable. The internet/wi-fi needs to be improved. It only is functional in living room and patio. It will not work in the bedrooms which was frustrating.……

“This was my second time in Italy and partly because of this house it made Forio the best place in Italy. The hosts went above and beyond to help us. They had picked us up and dropped us back off at the ferry. They were incredible. I will absolutely be staying here again. I am from the Washington D.C. area and I loved it”
