“位置非常方便，面對早川，櫻花季節酒店前即可欣賞到櫻花～酒店內設施齊全，入住時職員非常親切帶路介紹各個地方和設施，最喜歡面對河川的戶外足湯、大浴場和禮品店。我們的早晚餐都在房裡進行，有一位管家照顧，熟知酒店和餐飲食材，每餐細心介紹豐富食物，亦會非常友善和我們聊幾句。這次住宿非常放鬆，隨時可以享受溫泉，餐飲非常美味。謝謝管家的悉心照顧，我們很開心到河鹿莊住宿！希望將來可以買到河鹿莊特製的餐前酒，真的一試難忘！”

“服務人員都很親切，衛生管理也做得很齊全，交通方面因為疫情關係，暫時只有根府川的接駁車，比較有一點點的不方便，不然飯店接駁很方便。 房間因為當天下大雨颳風，所以邊角的房間的外面水管聲音比較吵，之後加價換了另一種房型就安靜了，希望之後邊角房間方面可以改善聲音問題。 床睡起來很舒服，但枕頭有點薄，比較可惜。 服務親切而且溫泉真的很舒服，之後有機會會想再次入住。”

“This stay was great. We had all the necessities available and the room was very comfortable. It was one stop from Odawara station. My only suggestion is to keep in mind the amount of luggage you are taking, the room is on the fourth floor. ”

I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again.”

“上次住應該是5-10年前了，很喜歡環境所以這次帶家人再訪。 服務很好，箱根很美、溫泉很棒，旅遊很放鬆！ 唯獨晚餐沒有太驚艷，有點小小的可惜。”

“房間很大、溫泉跟桑拿室很舒服，提供的飲品跟零食很讚，還有望遠鏡可以觀星。唯一的缺點是早上十點就要check out，也不提供寄放行李服務，但有機會會想要多待幾天。”
