“The Red Frog Resort is a beautifully located area. Although it rained for most of the time, the beach and property are amazing. We saw sloths, monkeys and of corse the red frogs throughout our stay. The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful experience in Bocas. ”

“While there is no beach on site, we had plenty to do. We truly enjoyed nature and the magical jungle within the hotel. This was our second visit and definitely coming back. The restaurant, is the only downer, very expensive, very limited choices and they bring you all the food at the same time, though we explained that we want this first that that later, the excuse was, kitchen prepares it this way and we have to bring it .... Now the SPA personnel are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, ……

“I had the most amazing experience at Nowhere. It really feels like you leave the rest of the world behind when you step into Bocas... Nowhere takes you further. You wake with the sun (be sure to pack an eye mask if you like to sleep in). I went during rainy season and watching the rain thru the overhead window or side window was magical. It's quiet and secluded, but the staff aren't far away. They will even help you spot monkeys and sloths for those photo opps. Barefoot luxury is how i would……
