“It was our second time staying at this lovely apartment. We enjoyed the last time so much we decided to return. It is clean, spacious, well furnished and conveniently located close to both the beach and local shops. It is also quiet at night and well ventilated thanks to fans in the adult bedrooms and a fan and air-conditioning unit in the sitting room. Our host, Jorge was very responsive to any questions or requests we had during our stay. My only suggestion would be to get a standing fan for……

“Mooi ingericht appartement op een rustige locatie midden in het centrum. Snelle en accurate communicatie, zeer netjes en schoon, goed bed, fijne badkamer, op loopafstand van bakker, supermarkten, busstations en bezienswaardigheden. We huurden voor een paar dagen een auto om wat verder op het eiland te gaan kijken. Parkeren onder het gebouw was geen probleem. Zou het appartement zeker aanraden. Geen buitenruimte, losten we op door voor openslaande deuren in de zon te gaan zitten. Fijn verblijf……

“Had a wonderful weeks stay. Everything is walkable if your fit and able, even the bus top to go to other destinations on the Island. A couple of decent local restaurants in the nearby port and the new shopping mall, both within 8-10 mins walk. Property was great and obviously recently refurbished. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the normal hustle of a tourist resort like Puerta Del Carmen or Teguise.”

“Great quiet location minutes walk from good restaurants and the beach we were met by the owner Jorge who explained everything to us, throughout the whole booking process Jorge has been most helpful answering any queries very quickly even arranged for flowers to be delivered for my wife’s birthday the apartment itself is stunning really beautiful comfortable place to stay all the facilities were exceptional will no doubt stay there again in the future .”
