“Visited Four Seasons Vilamoura with my partner over the last week or so but this was actually my 10th time visiting the hotel (though my partner's first!) Four Seasons is an absolutely stunning hotel and, as the title suggests, is a true home away from home without being a cliché. The staff are all so polite and professional from check-in to check-out and everything in between and their English is impeccable. “All staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. We had a huge apartment with a huge balcony facing the golf course. The hotel arranged the new year party for the guests and we had an excellent time. When we left the hotel, I forgot my favourite T-shirt in the bedroom. The day after I rang and told the reception what happened. The staff took their time to look for my shirt and found it. My T-shirt even arrived home before we did. Excellent service.”
