“It was stated that there was an ocean view and I expected it would be from the front window or a deck but the view was from the bedroom !!!! The place was warm , would be nice if the place had a toaster or toaster oven . ”

“This home was in an ideal location to venture out to various sites. Everything you need for your stay was there. Although the stairway going upstairs was narrow, we were aware from other reviews about it. I am over 6’ tall so the double beds weren’t ideal but we still slept well. I was already aware of the double beds before we arrived. We only had our breakfasts there so we didn’t use the kitchen for our other meals. The owner, Jeff responded quickly to a question we had. The property managers live right next door and are very helpful but not obtrusive. We enjoyed the deck with the view of the harbor and mountains in the distance, but what was best was the view from the world's most comfortable couch where you could look out at the ever-changing weather. “To begin with, the residence is one of the best we've ever stayed in. The home is warm, charming and eclectic while being up to date with every convenience. We felt so welcomed by the towns people that we were able to join right in with the local activities - very fun, indeed. If you never leave Norman's Cove, there's plenty to do with several hiking trails and endless shores to wander. We found a jut of rock over the water just North of the cove where we could watch the whales come in at dinner……
