“We were satisfied with the location of this unit and the comfort of the space. We were disappointed that he wood stove was not working. The mitten dryer and washer/dryer were fantastic. I wish there was a hair dryer available. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. ”

“The location was excellent for our ski trip to Mont Ste Anne. The area around the motel is not too appealing, a few abandoned buildings plus the motel itself had tarp all on the front that doesn't look good (don't know the reason for it), but the river is right behind. It's very close to a few fast food/restaurants and gas station. Overall, I would go again because it was very clean, cozy and price was excellent.”

“It was near the arena , where we have to go four times in the week-end. The view was awsome and the place was quiet.”

“Clean and quiet. This isn’t the Ritz, but the price already told me that. Clean bed, hot shower and warm room were more than I was going to get camping in early October. Oh, and the view on the St. Lawrence River is spectacular. For the price you won’t get better, and I’d be surprised if you didn’t find significantly worse. Five stars.”

“Our stay was great but my only comment is that the kitchen amenities were minimal. The kitchen here did not have plastic wrap, baggies for lunch, measuring cups etc.The bathroom did not have shampoo/conditioner. Maybe my expectations were too high. Otherwise, I'd recommend the property. ”

“La Pignoronde is a stunning property in a peaceful, remote area, offering breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River. Our condo comfortably accommodated 10 people, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy. While our stay was wonderful overall, there were a couple of issues worth noting. The listing mentioned "8 indoor pools," but in reality, there is only one indoor pool with an 8-person maximum capacity. This was a bit misleading but didn’t significantly impact our experience.
