“We had a wonderful stay in the Halvard hotel. The staff were welcoming, and accommodating for our requests. Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the sea and the promenade. The breakfast was excellent, with good options for hot breakfast that's freshly prepared and a small buffet. The location of the hotel is great, being less than 10 min walk from the ferry passenger terminal, on the sea front and downtown area, and in walking distance to the bus station. “Warm welcome, enjoyed delicious breakfast and nice chat with owners each morning. Facilities in good condition and well maintained. Decorated intentionally making guests a home stay feel. Near bus stop and promenade, also walkable distance to main streets and dock. To nitpick, there’s creaky sound walking on the wooden floor.”

“The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. ”
