“We booked this property for our three day trip to Isle of Skye and were blown away. Easily the best place we stayed during our 9 days around Scotland. The property was in an absolutely stunning location with unobstructed waterfront views, clean, well cared for, and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store in Broadford. Plenty of space for car parking as well. The hosts were friendly and communicated well! Would highly recommend!”

“This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen. We cooked dinner and Ida had even left us a wee……

“This charming cottage is even better in person than in pictures. We stayed 3 nights to explore Skye and our host, Liz, kept in constant contact with us to make sure we were taken care of. It felt like home away from home, with the best host we’ve ever had in our lives. There is a nice creek by the cottage to stroll and it is very quiet. We hope to stay here again the next time we’re in town, thank you so much for your hospitality, Liz!”
