“I hosted a breathwork facilitator retreat at this property, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The serene surroundings, thoughtfully designed accommodations, and peaceful atmosphere provided the ideal setting for connection and growth. Our group of 12 relied on Coltin and his wife's expert local recommendations, which made our stay even more memorable. “This was one of our favourite places in all of Costa Rica to stay and I can't recommend it enough. Coltin is a fabulous host who is very responsive and knowledgeable about the local area but also keeps your privacy. The house is stunning and has the best views for sunset and relaxing and it's super convenient for going anywhere in town when you actually can leave the property though it's hard to do! I can't say enough about this place and don't have anything negative to say, which is rare for me……

“We were lucky to stumble across Casas Kismet since they generate most of their business by hosting group retreats & only occasionally open up individual units for rent. That means minimal reviews were available through the normal channels at the time of our booking, but we took a chance anyway given the last minute nature of our plans.
