“We are three couples who travel together a lot. We each had a bedroom and a bathroom but one bedroom and bathroom is up a narrow narrow spiral staircase. Air conditioning was good in the bedrooms but there isn’t any in the kitchen. All socializing, relaxing, game playing, etc is outside because there is only a kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms inside. But there is a huge outdoor kitchen where we cooked everything. Johanna came to clean every day except Sunday. The view was beautiful, lots of beach……

“We really loved our stay at this house in Samara. The pool was wonderful and we absolutely loved watching the monkeys climb through the trees every afternoon. The house is about a 3 minute walk down the path to Samara beach. It was a pretty beach and we enjoyed watching the horses show up and take a dip in the ocean in the mornings. It's not the best beach for swimming though because it's pretty rocky. Definitely bring water shoes! However, Carillo beach is just a few minute drive away and……

“We had a wonderful time at the property. We traveled with two families, each family had a three year-old and a five month old baby. The property was perfect for us. We had so much fun playing in the pool with the toddlers, and there were all of the accommodations that we needed to feel comfortable and safe with the babies. The kitchen was completely stocked and we were able to do all of the cooking we needed. We loved the pizza oven and had a really fun pizza night as well. All the communication……

“This home is pretty much perfect. I cannot think of one thing that is not ideal. We are a family of 4 with teens. We had tons of room to spread out. The home is super clean and has everything we needed. Very well stocked kitchen, laundry. Rental managers were very easy to communicate with. The VIEW is even better than the photos show. It is simply breathtaking. I was concerned that we had to drive into town but I would not change anything. Samara downtown is a bit chaotic but this beautiful……

“This penthouse is a great spot. It's location is just perfect, right outside the crowd of the town and yet still very close to everything we needed. The place is comfortable, clean and spacious.The property manager was very reaponsive, to the few concerns/issues we had. She was on top of everything. Like all houses, things sometimes go wrong, we had the heater in one of the bathrooms wasn't working, she right away sent the electrician and tried all she could to get it fixed. And since it was……

“Great stay in Samara. We truly enjoyed this reasonably spacious and well equipped home. The highlight was definitely the private patio with pool which provided cool relief from the heat and a welcome change from the warm ocean water. Quiet area but walkable to town. The description and pictures are accurate. Be sure to carefully read email from owner regarding location. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again if given the opportunity. ”

“Central pool and rancho is the focal spot of the facility. Other guests/owners all very friendly. Moderate walk to beach. Unit is a little dated but all is adequate. A/C and WIFI worked well. Only small issue was the fridge is not balanced which caused a big wobble and difficulty opening”
