“こちらの到着が夜遅くになったことも原因ですが、家族経営のためかフロントに人がいないことがあり、少し困ったことがありました。部屋は綺麗で場所もヒヴァの中の静かなエリアのため環境はよかったです。ヒヴァの中の宿泊施設は限りがあるため、便利なホテルとして利用価値があると思います。”

“We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! ”

“L'établissement est très beau mais des progrès sont à faire pour qui se dit " Grand Palace" : - la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre et nous avons dû réclamer pour changer . -La piscine n'est accessible qu 'avec paiement de supplément et à l'heure. - Pas de possibilité de Lunch box avec un départ tôt le matin .”

“This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves. The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service. The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay. Excellent service and good location of property. About 4 minutes drive to main attraction Inchi Kala 👍”
