“We chose this location because they allow dogs and it was fairly close to Central Michigan University. The cottage is interesting and clean. We recently stayed at this cottage and appreciated several aspects of our visit. One of the main reasons we chose this property was that it is pet-friendly—perfect for our trip with our dog! “Was super surprised just how nice this house was. It was tastefully decorated with many antiques and live plants which gave it a very homey feel. The whole house has been updated and the kitchen was generously furnished. The roku TV offered our favorite channels. Possibly, the only negative is it's location is in the middle of nowhere on a 2-lane dirt road. But, even that had positives. The countryside was beautiful and there was a restuarant/green house/party store just a mile down the road.……

“5 adults (parents children) - we had everything we needed for an comfortable stay. We were there visiting other family and this was a nice home base to kick back at the end of the day, cook a meal, and decompress. Well stocked of items we didn't even know we needed (like foil) - nice to have for the one or two sheets we needed. We flew to the area so did provisioning while we were there and it made it easy to not have to buy everything. Plenty of pots and pans, coffee and tea. The location……

“Our stay from start to finish was excellent. Clark, the Premier Host, was attentive to answering all questions and if we had a request or need he took care of it quickly and provided additional "little touches" that were appreciated! The pictures online don't due the property the justice it deserve. The exterior and interior of the house are above par and the owner's personal items are beautiful. “BETTER THAN EXPECTED Cozy cottage in like new condition with excellent furnishings. Kaitlin (landlord) rapidly responded to our questions. Only negative is that there is only 1 bathroom- a challenge for our 4-adults family. However we were still able to host over night stays of guest family members”
