“Check in and out easy. Staff was very friendly throughout stay. Location is excellent, out of the main tourist area but an easy walk to the old town or Gros. Train and bus stations very close. It seemed like our room was recently renovated or updated. Towels were very large and showers as well.”

“This property is situated right in the heart of old town San Sebastián. It features a beautiful rooftop pool with panoramic views of the beach and surrounding area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served buffet style and offered all the regional delights including tomato jam with homemade bread. The staff were always friendly and helpful. “Excellent breakfast with a very good location! It is a bit hard to get a taxi in the city and especially close to the hotel-but if you are able to walk it is really not a problem. The church next to the hotel likes to ring the bell- starts at 08.00 every morning but we would go back anytime! ”

“The view from the room was stunning, every detail was thoughtful and the bed was so comfy. I loved that we could open the window to hear the sounds of the ocean. We also had dinner at Amelia and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Worth every penny, we will definitely be back! ”

“I really liked this hotel for its uniqueness, location, stunning views, and great staff. You have to keep in mind that the building is very old, from something like the 1600’s , and there are nuisances to any old building versus a new structure. There are areas that could use some upgrades, simple things like pillows but that being said, the benefits of this gem are worth it.”
