“It was a very nice stay , the room was well maintained and AC unit worked excellent. The garden area is lovely and manicured daily, we enjoyed the restaurant, opens a little after 7 which was perfect for coffee/ juice overlooking the beautiful plant garden. You can tell they care which is why would definately return to this hotel. ”

“A solid three star hotel experience, walkable to Marimba Plaza, which is very active and fun at night. Short cab ride to the ADO bus terminal. Tuxtla centro is not a tourist area. People are friendly enough, but the town is loud, dirty and smoggy. Hotel Madrid is a solid oasis, and with the a/c on, even the traffic sounds are drowned out. ”
