“Loved our stay at Villa 12. Main floor very spacious; comfortable furniture. So enjoyed the ocean side patio and sound and sites of the ocean for morning coffee. Beautiful pool with comfy lounge chairs. Short walk to amenities in Ixtapa. Kitchen has great appliances; air fryer might be nice! Very easy to communicate with owners and managers. Can hardly wait to return. ”

“I'm not sure where to start. We had the most unbelievable stay at Casa Arrebato. Our host, Cristina and her wonderful staff were beyond amazing. My wife, 2 year old daughter and 7 year old son arrived to the Ixtapa Airport to find a reserved van and driver waiting to deliver us to the casa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff and our bags were brought into the home and set in our rooms. Fresh squeezed margaritas were delivered on a tray for me and my wife and fresh juices for the kids.……

“The apartment was large with plenty of seating inside and a cafe table and chairs on the balcony. We had problems with the shower head and Merce replaced it immediately. Big windows throughout to keep it bright, but in the kitchen it was dark and made washing dishes difficult; if the decorative posts were removed it would have really helped.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was the perfect size and configuration for our large group of family and friends. The rooms were comfortable, the A/C was great in the evening, the views are incredible! Check-in/out was and communication were great. We love this home!”

The infinity pool and lounge chairs provide a relaxing space when not on the beach which is a 5-8 minute walk. They provide pool/beach towels and plenty of bath towels. Zihuatanejo is hilly so be prepared to walk up and down steep hills to get around, and to and from the condo itself. Marco, the full-time attendant, is vigilant and tended to the property with meticulous detail and care. The appliances……

“The townhouse is much bigger than we expected. We loved sitting out on the deck, grilling our fresh seafood, and swimming in the pool. There are a lot of steps to climb, so be sure to prepare yourself for that. I think I counted around 150 steps from the road up to the unit. It's a lot if you aren't used to the heat and humidity! We climbed them a lot because we walked to town a couple of times a day. Town is just a 10-15 minute walk. There are a few restaurants near the bottom of the steps that……
