“Otel fiyat performans olarak çok iyi oda konforlu, temiz, modern, akıllı tv vs.. personeller güler yüzlü ve nazik. Ancak otelin suçu olmamasına rağmen oda servisi yemekleri vasat. Papyon solution denen firma ile anlaşılmış ve hazır paketli gıda dışındaki yiyecekler çok kötü. Burgerin köftesi kantin köftesi. Margarita pizza ki en sade pizza olmasına rağmen beni zehirledi. Bilinmeyen restorandan gelmiş. Kesinlikle önlem alınmalı. ”

“Eraliz Otel’deki konaklamamız çok rahattı. Oda son derece geniş ve konforluydu, ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey mevcuttu — çaydanlık bile vardı. Alt katta market olması da büyük kolaylıktı. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar harika ev sahipleriydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Otel çok temiz ve oldukça sessizdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz ve tekrar kalmak isteriz!”

“Stayed in Izmir for 3 days as a first timer, the hotel is in a convenient location, easy to walk to major attractions. Junior suite was spacious and clean, everything looked quite new. The room also included iron and ironing board, and a jacuzzi. The only downside is the AC, there is only one airway located in the walk way, but not really inside the bedroom, so it can get pretty warm, and takes a lot of time to cool down the room with the AC turned up. Also a lot of power outlets weren’t working……

“Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güzeryüzlüydü. Otel çok temiz ve bakımlı. Odada minibar, kettle ve çay kahve vardı. Her gün su yenilendi. Her gün havlular yenilendi ve oda temizlendi. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Metro Çankaya durağının bir sokak ilerisinde, tramvay Gazi Bulvarı durağının karşısında. Ayrıca konak iskeleye de Alsancak’a da yürüme mesafesinde. Otel asansörlü, odalar geniş.”

“I do not believe they know the definition of a boutique hotel. Service: I traveled to Izmir to visit my customers in Manisa 4 times per year and I always staying at the different hotels. The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays. Breakfast - The food and atmosphere is decent but the lady served the breakfast is very nice.……
