“We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As……

“This hotel is situated with walking distance of the centre of town. Free parking is available on a side road at the back of the building. The room is spacious and has a king size bed made from two singles pushed together. There is also a large settee so the room could easily sleep three. The doors to the rooms slam hard if you let them close by themself. The noise can be heard when guests in other rooms let them slam.”

“Una experiencia horrible. No nos daban habitación porque no encontraban la reservada, después tuvimos que ir a otro hotel a que nos dieran la llave. Cuando llegamos a la habitación olía a tuberías y cerrado, tuvimos que abrir la ventana un buen rato. Todo estaba sucio (salvo las sábanas, aparentemente). La sala común estaba destrozada y realmente sucia. En el baño, el secador estaba completamente roto, un microondas sucio... Un desastre por el precio de la habitación en un puente. ”
