“I almost cancelled this reservation after I read that terrible review! But I was so astonished because the hotel is gorgeous and our rooms were beautiful. I’ve stayed at top hotels like the Post Ranch Inn and the construction here is gorgeous - totally lined with hardwood and gleaming and spotlessly clean with a comfortable modern vibe.
