“When we arrived to check in, they didn't have our Expedia reservation. I showed Trina at the front desk my email and itinerary #. She apologized. She called management and was able to push through our reservation and gave us a lower cost then what Expedia offered. She gave us water and cookies and checked in with us regularly. Room was spacious, breakfast was good and they even had crispy bacon! Nice place to stay with very kind staff.”

“My debit card was charged for no reason after I checked out from this hotel. This is the second time it happened. Be careful and check your bank statement after you check out.”
