“We've rented this house and Joe's other house on Baseline lake for 5 years. We've always been happy with the properties and Joe's availability to respond to any issues. What is unusual is the pontoon boats he has available for a reasonable rental price. ”

If you use this site a lot you know to always come prepared with my own things for your own comfort.It was very clean. They have air conditioners that keep the house very cool even on hot days.There is a kayak rental place at the party store in town for reasonable price 20 for three hours. “We truly enjoyed our stay. The location and access to the lake was excellent. Easy check in. Might want to bring a full sized knife and all seasonings/oil you’ll need to cook, but otherwise it worked well to prepare our meals as needed. We appreciated the fans to help take the edge off as it was pretty warm weather during our visit. Took a little bit for the ac to cool in all the upstairs rooms. Loved having a kayak we could use. “We had a great time staying in Emily’s lake house. Pictures portray it accurately. Inside of home has been completely renovated and is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Can’t beat the location right on the water. Short drive to Walmart, Meijer, Kohls among others. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. Snow lake connects to Lake James, and a few other Lakes. We spent time at the sandbar and went tubing. Would definitely stay here again! Kids kept asking if we could stay here again next year! ”

“We had a family of 11 adults and several tiny kids. I have to say, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the massive kitchen island and well stocked cooking and dining supplies served us well.The pool was amazing and the slide and basketball hoops were a big hit. We loved that plenty of pool towels, goggles, balls and other pool toys were provided.The yard had lawn games provided and plenty of room to spread out as well as enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. I did make the owner aware……

“This was the perfect rental for the weekend! We had 12 adults stay the night and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house and surrounding property is beautiful and extremely well maintained! There was room to play yard games, kayaks, a paddle boat, and a fire pit. The rental provides plenty of towels and bedding and there’s a fully stocked kitchen (there’s even a crock pot!) the lake is small but the water was warm! Overall a beautiful location— we would love to come back again! ”

“This was our second trip to this house on Rose Lake. The house is well stocked, very comfortable, and just as described. We love the crib for our littlest and the space to spread out for the rest of us. The swimming off the dock and sandy bottom made for excellent memories! Looking forward to coming back again soon.”
