“Beautiful place! Dishwasher was broken but otherwise we loved it!”

“This is a lovely property in a quiet area. The hosts, Carl and Linda, are very guest focused and took care of all my needs. The kitchen should be supplied with paper napkins. Website needs to be updated as they no longer have a Keurig. The Nespresso was wonderful. The wifi worked great. Access to parking is a bit tricky, but through the host's help, we made it work. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.”

“This was our second stay at this comfy, cozy apartment. Convenient location within easy walking distance of downtown Ashland and theaters.It has a beautiful yard ( the loveliest and most unique water fountain) and secure parking off the street. Nice outdoor furniture for a relaxing morning coffee and after theater unwind. Definitely a must reservation for 2026. ”

“Such a beautiful location! Like, absolutely gorgeous. Check-in was seamless and easy and we felt like we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The only thing I would say is that the water can be a little off tasting (old pipes will do that) so I would recommend buying some water for yourself beforehand if you’re a water snob like me. Otherwise perfect stay! Would definitely come here again. :)”

The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, single burner and a fridge so it’s possible to prepare light meals. ”

“Stayed for a month here with my mom as we continued our hunt for our forever home. The people in Merlin are ALL awesome and welcoming; we couldn’t ask for a better group of people: with each person we met, the very next one was even better. In addition, my mom fell in love with the MY PLACE bar. The bartenders were the best and the atmosphere was comfortable. Dan was a gracious host and our stay was flawless. The only thing I missed was having my own washer and dryer but there are plenty of……

“I did not receive check in information from VRBO. I made contact with the owner and was given access on site. It was handled quickly.Suggest black out curtains for front windows. The sun was up at 5:00 am and so were we with the blinds closed.The accommodations were otherwise amazing and we would definatley stay again.”
