“This property worked out well for us as we were closer to my brother home and few minutes away from Sawgrass. We were total of 8 (2 families of 4). This is an excellent floor plan. All of us loved it ”

Since we did a lot of in-house cooking, we would have liked to have had a few sharper knives in the kitchen, but made do with what was there. We were thankful for the dishwasher !”

“Place was spotless. Loved this. If you are there because of Mayo Clinic I know you will appreciate this. Only thing about this place is if you are older you probably won’t enjoy two flights of stairs! This was mentioned in the write up. I missed it. Two beds in one bedroom downstairs and then the second floor was where you found the living room and kitchen and a 1/2 bath. Third floor had an additional two bedrooms and a full bath with a beautiful shower. If you are bringing heavy bags……

“The property is well kept. Close to shopping and restaurants, The beach is in walking distance located a block behind the property, There was only one small issue some of the electric outlets did not work. Other than that, it was awesome.”

“This place has a cozy feel and plenty of space for pets. I brought my cat. It was only a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The landlord answers your questions in a timely manner and is easy to work with. The area has lots to do and see. ”
