“The location of this condo simply can't be beat! It is toward the south end of Jax Beach which was quiet and relaxed. The property itself truly is "steps to the beach" unlike the claims at other properties that promise the same but don't deliver. The view from the balcony is extraordinary! You just can't draw it up any better. Everything you need is at the property with restaurants, groceries, and recreational opportunities very, very nearby. While I had business attending a Conference at Sawgrass Convention center for a few days my wife and daughter enjoyed the convenient beach and pool access at the condo. We also enjoyed multiple restaurants around Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. The home is furnished beautifully with all the comforts of home and we will definitely be back.
