This charming 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome located inside the Amelia Island Plantation is the perfect place for your next dream vacation. Feel your worries instantly dissipate as soon as you walk through the double front door. Tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home, you will instantly feel relaxed and ready to unwind.

Entering through the front door you will immediately notice the open floor plan concept and large great room with kitchen, dining, and living space all in one spacious area. The living space features a navy sleeper sofa with a gel mattress and two comfy chairs perfectly positioned around a flat screen television. Natural light streams in through the sliding glass doors located just off the living room and will connect you to a roomy patio and grilling area. This porch area boasts a serene view of the beautiful plantation landscape complete with a fancy grapefruit tree and table and chairs for dining al fresco.

Just off the living area is the dining room complete with an off-white wooden dining table with seating for 6 guests. The luxury kitchen overlooks the dining area and offers brand new cabinetry, dazzling granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. It's well stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare a scrumptious meal for the entire family. Adjacent to the kitchen lies the laundry room equip with a stackable washer and dryer and neighboring half bath.

Walking upstairs you will find three bedrooms each with a private full bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a large king-sized bed, flat screen television, and private balcony with sliding glass doors. The master bathroom boasts a large mirrored closet and double vanity with stunning granite countertops and a separate room for the walk-in shower and toilet area.

Just down the hall sits the second bedroom equipped with a queen bed, flat screen television, a bench with a storage area, and a full bath with gorgeous granite and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a large mirrored closet, and a full bathroom also featuring a beautiful granite countertop and a combo shower/tub.

A 3 minute walk down the street will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool, nestled among the beautiful oak streets is just steps away. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, visit the miniature golf course just down the road, or enjoy a golf game on one of Amelia Island Plantation's luxury golf courses.

This property allows up to 2 dogs that weigh no more than 100 lbs together- $200 Pet Fee

Very nice layout and use of space for six adults. Living room needs a couple more chairs to accommodate full house. Otherwise tastefully decorated and well appointed. Convenient off beach location.

Happy to stay there again. Did not use pull out sofa since brought 2 air mattresses. Very happy. Talked to a Clemson football player and congratulated a Clemson Assistant Coach on their Bowl victory. We left a day early as our kids were leaving.

Musty smell, wet dog smell the rooms upstairs hot and the down stairs cold. Vent in dining rm moldy

Rental was easy and the reps were helpful. We did not need to co fact them for anything. Condo needs deep cleaning. The dining vent moldy, master bed room curtain dirty and bed spread had black smear on it. Kinda gross. We had delay and made it a day late so it wasn’t worth the hassle to complain. I took pictures

First timers to Amelia Island… we loved it!!

Property Manager was wonderful to deal with… communication was great! Everything went smoothly from renting, check-in, directions finding property, & checkout. Even the dog loved it! Great layout for our family if 5… so nice having 3.5 baths. Place was just as pictured, nicely decorated. Loved the feel of the island, not touristy at all which is what we were looking for. Beach access was easy & a beautiful walk. Great restaurants around. We would come back!

The townhome was Gorgeous!

We had 2 adults and 4 teens and it was perfect! The office/maintanence staff were so quick to respond with resolutions to minor issues handles immediately! Will definetly be back as this was 1 of our favorite stays! The plantation offers beautiful views all throughout. We enjoyed many walks and bike rides all week!

Great choice

We really enjoyed the property and had a great vacation this year! The layout is perfect with the bedrooms upstairs and a bath in each room plus the 1/2 bath downstairs. It made the unit feel much bigger than it is. We enjoyed dinners around the table every night and the kitchen has ample storage space for a weeks worth of groceries. The unit has a blender, beach towels, a couple of small chairs, and bikes which we would have liked to have known before arriving so I thought I'd pass that along. The one suggestion I have is to deep clean the master bedroom balcony. The trees make it dirty. The beach is short walk across the street and there are 2 pools on either side of the property - they're pretty hidden in the trees so you have to explore to find them. We rented a golf cart for the week which made exploring the Plantation extra fun. Lastly, we decided not to bring our dog although the property allows for it. I was very pleased you cannot tell the unit is pet friendly - no smells or pet signs anywhere. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect Spot for a Family

This was our first stay on the Island and it was definitely our favorite vacation to date! The condo layout was perfect for us and our two small children. There are two bath tubs plus a shower which were all clean upon check-in. There was some slight dust/dirt noticeable on the air vents but this is prob more reflective of the age of the property (heck, I found a Capri Sun packet shoved in my own vent at home a few weeks ago). Otherwise, all linens/surfaces were very clean. The walk to the beach is beautiful and short with beach access directly across the street. My one year old walked it by himself. (Well, accompanied by his parents, of course.) the trails on the plantation are great for walking and biking. There is a beautiful playground within walking distance (Aury Island) and many within biking distance (including the beautiful Drummond Park). The community pool is shaded but not heated so we did not use it. You do not get access to the Omni Resort pool, but who cares, your paying half the price to stay here. Overall, it was a great experience and provided many precious memories. Well done.

Clean, good location, nicely decorated

I don’t usually like to rent pet friendly as we have pet allergies. Now that we have a dog (non-allergenic), we must. This was very clean with no pet smells. Everyone’s allergies were fine. The location provided an easy walk to beach, easy access to bike path where we walked to the Omni, restaurants, shops and putt putt. We were also within easy driving range of groceries or other restaurants. I would stay here again.

Fantastic Holiday Getaway

Book It!

This property has the best of both worlds. So close to the pool and beach! We have stayed at on the Omni Plantation before, but this also felt like home. The rental is well decorated and furnished. There was plenty of room for our little one to run around. The bedrooms are spacious. The restaurants are about a 10-15 minute walk, but you can always drive. We had such a wonderful time here, and hope you do too!
