“Step 1: make sure you read the listing description. This is a fantastic, fully-equipped home with a brilliant view. The view comes from being on top of a mountain - which means you'll need to drive up some hills. Roads are in great condition and the directions are clear. Just keep that in mind in case you are not comfortable with mountain driving. Property is very well maintained, with plenty of firewood and meal-prep ready kitchen. Kids LOVED having the downstairs to play as well as a big……

“Spacious, clean home nestled in a serene river valley at the base of the highest mountain east of the Mississippi. The house is comfortable enough to never want to leave, but convenient enough to so many fun things to do, you have to venture out. Ramble down the hill to kayak, fish or swim. A quick 20 minute deive to an easy hike in to a waterfall (roaring fork) with the kids. Both Biltmore and Grandfather are within an hour making for easy day trip outings.And Emerald”

“Relaxing stay”

“Beautiful mountain setting, horse pasture out front. Friendly, helpful staff. Had to figure out why wi-fy wasn't working. Had to bring our own Keurig. Couldn't get to streaming tv. Tiny kitchen, few dishes.”

“After a long rainy drive walking into Ginny’s Cabin was an immediate relief. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, thoughtful amenities were at every turn. We enjoyed sightseeing around the area and the dogs had great spaces to play and explore around the cabin. Truly an amazing retreat!”

“This cabin was vary clean smelled great all the fox decor was so cute. Nice hot tub a lot of games to play and the porch was amazing we hung out there a lot so much seating. Loction was beautiful ”

“Everything is like new. Never used a hot tub before and Melissa texted me the instructions to get it in the correct mode for usage. The washer/dryer was a little too high tech for us. However, it cleaned our clothes just fine. Very quiet here with the South Toe river in back for comfort. Love the stay very much.”
